A rarely newly created opportunity working directly with the CEO, group executive and board to help develop and set the strategic plan and agenda for the business for the next three to five years. Additionally you will be responsible for prioritising strategic projects, as well as facilitating the successful execution of practical outcomes. The individual collaborating with the leadership team will be a catalyst and spark for growth helping the business continue to innovate, diversify and lead in the entertainment and digital media sector.
As a strategically important addition to the leadership team you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the strategic plan for the business, taking into account disruptive industry and competitor threats and challenges. You will be expected to maintain the growth and competitiveness of the core business whilst actively assessing new business opportunities whether M&A or partnership driven, especially in adjacent markets i.e. data, social, video or mobile. You will actively contribute to a culture of innovation and change providing up to date intelligence and insights to help the leadership team make smart and effective growth orientated business decisions.
