Interim Consulting offers:

    Contract Structure Options

    Q: How are contracts structured? A:  We have three options:

    (i) Via your own Limited Company, invoicing the client directly
    (ii) As PAYG (Pay As You Go) via a Third Party Payroll provider
    (iii) Employed by the client directly on a fixed-term contract 

    325 Consulting only engages candidates as independent contractors through a company, trust or partnership and does not engage Sole traders. 

    Q: What do I need to provide if I am contracting through a Limited Company? 
    A: Proof of Incorporation/Partnership/Trust Deed and proof of Insurance coverage (e.g. Professional indemnity, public liability and workers compensation).

    Q: How do I set up a Limited Company? 
    A: Typically these are set up by an Accountant, we are happy to provide some recommendations if necessary.

    Strategic Projects Manager – Technology Sector – 6 month contract

    Situation: A rapidly changing global ecommerce player approached us to fill a newly-created Strategic Projects Manager position.

    Process: Through our networks we sourced and selected a shortlist of 2 suitable candidates.

    Outcome: Following a rapid engagement process our client hired a former A.T. Kearney Associate with proven ecommerce project delivery experience.

    Senior Strategy Manager – Retail Sector – 6 month contract

    Situation: A leading retailer was looking to find a Senior Strategy Manager to focus on turning around an underperforming business.

    Process: Through our networks, we identified a suitable candidate and established they were the right fit for the role.

    Outcome: Following a rapid engagement process our client hired a former Associate Director level individual from a boutique strategy consulting firm.

    Engagement Manager- FMCG – 12 Weeks

    Situation: A Boutique consulting firm headed by an ex tier 1 partner needed an Engagement Manager to lead a stream of work for a cost reduction project for a global FMCG company.

    Process: We track the availability of a large number of ex consultants that are interested and available for interim work and identified a candidate that matched the brief perfectly.

    Outcome: We placed an ex McKinsey engagement manager with FMCG experience and an additional analyst to assist in the delivery of the project.

    Strategy Analyst – Healthcare – 6 Weeks Initially

    Situation: A dynamic and growing healthcare business was seeking a 2-3 year tier 1 consultant to assist the strategy team with a spike in projects at short notice for a period of 6 weeks.

    Process: Through our networks we identified an immediately available option

    Outcome: We found a 2- year business analyst with Port Jackson Partners that was seeking interim work before heading overseas. The client was so happy with the candidate he was kept on for 6 months and offered a permanent role. 

    Strategy & Project Manager – A leading Sports Body – 2 months

    Situation: A GM required some additional project management support on “Junior Pass” project. 

    Process: We analysed our Independent consulting pool and identified a candidate in a contract at a bank that was suitable. 

    Outcome: We placed a candidate with 5 Years strategy and project experience from Accenture who was passionate about sport. He did such a good job that he was moved onto other projects and after a year joined on a permanent basis
